Im definatley in the minority when i say id like to see Bisping vs Anderson, Most probably because im from UK, never been a fan of Bisping but Silva i beleive once said he would like to fight back in the UK one more time or something. Considering most fans of Bisping are in the UK he would have a ton of support and would make for a nuts atmeosphere on the fight or would expect to. Wich i havnt seen much in other countries considering Silvas support. But 1st hes gotta get past Vitor

This is one fight that I actually would like to see. Bisping is a very good all around fighter. Not great at any one thing but good all around. He was able to wrestle with both Sonnen and Rashad and he has picked most of his opponents apart standing(even was beating Hendo up until the H-bomb).

Given the time he has put in, the opponents he has beat and the opponents he has fought to very close fights I think he definitely deserves a shot at Anderson if he gets past Vitor. He probably wouldn't win but I am actually guessing that he would give Anderson one of his tougher fights.

He won't beat Vitor. But I agree with him.

I don't care if he "lost" to Sonnen. I had him winning. Sonnen sort of had him winning. Many did. He basically fought neck and neck with the undisputed #2 MW in the world. He beat Stann. Vitor is still a top 3 or 4 MW.

I think Weidman is real good. But a real dull fight over Maia and a win (although domination) over a fat, off surgery Mark Munoz isn't enough. Especially when you don't have 10 total fights.

I wish they would have just done Bisping/Weidman. That is a true #1 contenders fight if I have ever seen one.

I think Bisping can beat Vitor, not sure he will but if he fights smart he is capable. Bisping needs to wrestle to win this one though cause that is were his advantage lies.

ha ha, that is actually quite interesting though. If Mike were truly confident in a victory over Belfort, surely he wouldn't have used the word "if", it would have been "when I beat Vitor Belfort".

He had a similar kind of interview with Ariel when he was asked about facing Anderson Silva. Bisping said some thing like; "I think I can do well against this guy". Both of these quotes to me show that Bisping isn't fully confident in his ability to ever become champion. I think deep down he knows he doesn't have what it takes to become champ and it's little quotes like this that give it away.

Go back and watch that fight. Bisping was winning nothing. He got destroyed in the first round and the second round was - at best - even till Hendo Hendo'ed him.

That is not dead which can eternal lie and withs strange aeons even death may die.
