The best chance is to take Anderson down, no doubt about it, but lets ask Chael Sonnen how many stitches he collected by laying on him for 4.5 rounds. Anderson is capable to inflict terrible damage from the bottom.

I completeley agree man. I just think that both GSP and JBJ would give and take more more damage than Chael did. I would still say Andy wins both contests. Dudes an alien.

Sorry for the typos I had to type fast because I was hurrying to leave for work. Thx man but so far pretty Shity day haha.
Tbh what has me most excited is just the simple fact that Anderson always finds a way to win. And most of the time it is in a extremely impressive manner.

I can talk about the strategies or their skill sets but realistically Anderson always finds a way to beat his opponent no matter whether its a good or bad matchup on paper. I can see Anderson taunting Gsp and then Gsp will think he is being clever going for a takedown instead of trying to punch him. And boom Anderson lands a perfect knee to the face and winning by ko. It's more surprising if Anderson wins in a normal manner at this point.

I know what you mean! It was only about a year ago, but his last fight before that was in April. I remember there was about 12-15 of us at my buddies house watching that fight, and it certainly doesn't feel like 19 months ago.

I must say, it's been a long time since I've been this excited for a UFC event. Not only is GSP back, but this card has Stout, Homminick, Hendricks and although I don't want him to win, Condit.

The events for pretty much the better part of over a year have not interested me at all. Either fighters I don't care for, or cards headlined by mis-matches that aren't worth ordering or going out to see. I lost interest for quite a while where I didn't even care to stream events...

Here's to hoping we get some good fights tonight!
