Terrible match up for Mitrione. I really like Matt, but this will be ugly. He doesn't have movement to avoid the big punch and he'll probably get KO'd pretty early.

If this goes to the ground it will be even worse for him.

I had Roy in the Carwin fight.

I got Roy in this fight.

He is a better MMA fighter than both. Interested to see what/how Mitrone has improved. I like the guy, his striking is getting solid, but not enough to make up for his ground game.

Most of you are underestimating Mitrione!!!!

I'm 100% sure he will leave with the "W". Mitrione is evolving every time he enters the cage, were Roy is still depending on his chin only!!!

Mitrione will outstrike Roy, and if Roy takes the fight to the ground? He will be either Pwnded or Submited.

Yes, I can definitely see Mitrione submitting Nelson

Seriously, I got Roy all the way. Matt is either getting put to sleep or layed on for a bit and eventually getting submitted.

You know what dog food tastes like? Do you? It tastes just like it smells... delicious.

I hope Meat head wins.

He is developing every time as a fighter... Roy is still the same fighter he was on TUF10.

If Mittrione wants the W he best keep this standing.

I'm pulling for Mitrione but don't have high hopes tbh. Weird fight for him to take.

Makes sense to me, a win over Nelson gives him likely a small step up in Struve or Browne win over either of those guys puts him in the top ten.

And Kongo is all about the stall when it comes to wrestling, he's a man with a particular set of skills (Greco-Roman wrestling), I think Mitrione can stay on his feet and get a real fight out of Nelson.

What i meant by that is he declined Cormier so he could get a better opponent for himself. I figured he meant more of a tune-up guy or sth like that and Nelson is very dangerous.

I'm pulling for Mitrione here but Roy is a bad matchup for him. As long as Roy doesn't come in with horrible cardio he will get the W.

I'm actually dissapointed that we don't get to see Carwin vs Nelson - it seems to me that so many people were saying Nelson was going to run through Carwin....ridiculous! Too bad we will not get to see this fight.

Oh well...aside from the Kongo fight, Mitrione has looked good. This one should be decent.

Hey, whatever happened to Roy dropping to 205?
