I missed those fights, but man Dan G has to be the worse ref, even worse than Steve IMO. Clearly all back of the head shots.

Jesus Crist Sakara didnt even make an attempt to make them side of the head shots.
Iv seen guys go for the finish and then the opponent puts the back of their head in the way off the punches. But this was like the complete opposite. Cote was rocked and the only reason he didnt take ALL back of the head shots is cause he moved his head sideways and it hit the side SOMEWHAT.

Yeah okay you are right... sorry i dont know what i was thinking. Those were all clearly shots to the jaw. Clear as day now... He landed a 7 punch dead or alive type combo to the jaw of Cote. The second to last punch was a flying uppercut that sent Cote flying in to the air and then Sakara did a SuperMan punch to Cotes jaw while cote was falling back down.
All very legal shots. Im not sure how i missed that nice combo. |
