Depending on when you're in town there are weigh-ins, open workouts and a press conference during the week.
The weigh-ins will be on Friday and are free to the public, just get there early.
The info I've been able to find can be read below:
Official fighter weigh-ins for next month's "UFC on FOX 5: Henderson vs. Diaz" event take place Friday, Dec. 7, at Seattle's KeyArena, the same site as the following night's FOX-broadcast fight card.
Additionally, fans are invited to both the fighters' open workouts and a pre-fight press conference earlier in the week.
The fan and media events all build to UFC on FOX 5, which takes place Dec. 8 with UFC lightweight champion Benson Henderson facing top contender Nate Diaz in the night's headliner.
UFC on FOX 5, which also features Alexander Gustafsson vs. Mauricio "Shogun" Rua, Rory MacDonald vs. B.J. Penn and Matt Brown vs. Mike Swick on the evening's FOX-broadcast main card, is just the company's second trip to Seattle and the first visit since April 2011's "UFC Fight Night 24: Nogueira vs. Davis" event.
Doors to the Dec. 7 weigh-ins open to members of the UFC Fight Club at 4 p.m. ET (1 p.m. PT local time). The general public can enter two hours later.
The first fighter is on the scale at 4 p.m. PT local time. At 2 p.m. PT, a fighter yet to be named will host a special Q&A session for members of the UFC Fight Club, the official UFC fan Club.
Fans also are invited to the Dec. 5 open workouts at Grand Hyatt Seattle. The event begins at 12:30 p.m. PT and includes UFC on FOX 5 headliners Henderson and Diaz in addition to main-card participants Gustafsson, Rua, MacDonald, Penn, Brown and Swick.
The following day's pre-fight press conference is also open to the public. The ceremony takes place at Seattle Center Pavilion beginning at 12 p.m. and features all eight main-card fighters.
