Yup, assuming Koscheck remembers he's a great wrestler and uses his wrestling skills in the fight. Problem is Kos has brainfarts every few matches and decides to test his "new & improved" standup instead of using his wrestling to score an easy if boring win.
Even then Kos has decent standup and a more powerful bomb than Hardy has. Still Kos has proven in the past that he will go back to wrestling when striking isn't working for him.
Yeah, Hathaway's looked pretty tame since Mike Pyle destroyed him in 2010.
I'd personally like Hardy vs Riddle. Dan's just come off a 4 fight losing streak, and one win against Sadollah shouldn't bump him up to Koscheck's level. It'd also more than likely end in a defeat. I'm a huge Hardy fan, but he's still not ready for an elite wrestler, especially one like Koscheck. He'd be wise to take the Riddle fight, take him out, and then think about someone at the higher end of the division. He has been calling Koscheck out for years though, so it doesn't surprise me to see him call him out again.

They've been going back and forth since UFC 106, when after beating Anthony Johnson Kos called him out, which happened to be just after Dan beat Swick to get his title shot. I just don't think Dan likes the guy. He talks about it in this video:

Matt Riddle is a lot closer to Dan Hardy in the rankings than Dan Hardy is to Josh Koscheck, who I feel should be considered a top five guy after the very close Hendricks/Koscheck fight.
when is comes to their rankings yes they are pretty far apart, but as a fight i think it would be pretty close. koscheck will stand and bang with him for most of the fight and then probably wrestle his ass to close out the last round for a UD...
