Idk man, physical form is a pretty good indicator. To a degree. Someone's who's a little pudgy might actually be a powerhouse. Someone who has to reel their gut in over their belt...will not be.
You don't get to be that fat without eating like crap. Eating like crap affects your athleticism greatly. Having excess weight hampers your athleticism. I guess its POSSIBLE that someone that big is actually a dynamo -- vaguely possible -- but it's anomalous. As such, I'd it's pretty safe to make assumptions about his physical condition in such an extreme case.
