Its crazy to think at one point I thought Hominick had a chance to beat Aldo late in the 5th when aldo was fading and then shizzam he is 0-4 and probably going to get the axe soon.

I don't like making excuses for fighters but I can't help thinking Shawn Tompkins' absence is playing a part. Maybe Shawn kept him sharp technically, gave him better game plans, or maybe he just feels lost without his mentor by his side, idk, but something's clearly not right. Maybe a change of camp might help. Moving to a camp like roufusport, that has a reputation for producing well-rounded, techinally sound strikers might help. Or even dropping to 135, he looked pretty small and at times overpowered by garza. I hope he gets back on track soon though. WAR HOMINICK!!!

Very true. Yagin isn't an ordinary fighter. He can take an unbelievable amount of damage. I've seen him take a FLYING KNEE to the face, get knocked out for a second then wake up to win that same fight by KO. I was like...dude is the terminator. Against any other fighter Hominick would have won by TKO. Look at Yagin's face after that fight; broken nose and all.
The real reason is not having his trainer present along with Sam Stout. Really sad.

It always shocks me how this stuff happens.
This guy had a solid performance against Aldo not that long ago and now he cant win a fight to save his career. So is he worse now then he was when he fought Aldo or what??

Fighting elite guys takes time out of your career and years off your life ask anyone who fought fedor. Look how badly guys have fallen apart since losing to Anderson or gsp hell even Penn. Guys just don't recover from losses sometimes. Anderson has fought only two guys twice and Franklin only got a rematch because everyone was so shocked by the first fight. Penn doesn't fight guys twice either. Look at what happened to Chicago after he fought Georges.
Edit: check that Penn and gsp have fought a few guys twice mainly each other but anyone they clearly beat and badly never came close to another title shot.
