Ufc on Fuel 7 - London, Feb 16, 2013
The pencilled in Ufc on Fuel 7 has found a home in London, England, scheduled for February 16, 2013.
This will likely show live in the early hours for the North American crowd and taped delayed again throughout the day,
This is another sign of things to come, FX and Fuel shows for international shows outside of North America (the paying crowd)
I expect to see Dan Hardy headlining or co-headline
"An international city that was expected to host UFC on FUEL TV 7 is now confirmed as London.
MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) reported the English city as a likely host this past month, and MMAFighting.com today confirmed it.
The event, which takes place Feb. 16 at the 12,500-seat Wembley Arena, marks the promotion's return to London after after a two-year absence.
UFC on FUEL TV 7's main card airs live on FUEL TV while preliminary-card fights are expected to stream on Facebook.
The promotion's most recent trip to London came in October 2010 for UFC 120, which featured a middleweight headliner between U.K. star Michael Bisping and Yoshihiro Akiyama. The event, which aired live on Spike TV, reportedly set a company record for attendance in Europe with 17,133 fans, which generated a live gate of approximately $2.56 million.
No matchups have been confirmed for the February event, which is bound to ease the woes of U.K. fans who often say the UFC neglects the region.
UFC on FUEL TV 7 is the first U.K. event of the 2013 schedule. The promotion's most recent trip to the country came at UFC on FUEL TV 5, which took place in September at Capital FM Arena in Nottingham, England.

Fully expecting another lackluster, monotone card whos only selling points are 1. The UFC brand and 2. Some english gatekeeper headlining.

I hope ticket prices aren't still around £70. Michael Page would be really good for this card.

The ticket prices are a complete rip off for the quality of fighters we get. There's no way I'm paying over £100 for some decent seats to watch a bunch of C grade English fighters fill up the card.
When are the UFC going to give us a solid card with some quality star power or some title fights because I really want to finally go to an event next year, but I refuse to pay stupid money for sub-par fighters.

^MVP is still signed to Bellator, but good to see other people mentioning him now. I can't wait until he gets big and I can do the whole "Pfft, I was a fan long before you" shit .
And for the record, up yours Americans, how do you like staying up to 3 in the morning for the event to start? At least this way my cans last me a bit longer into the event haha.

Why would anyone WANT to learn maths? 59% of people think maths is gay, and the other 60% are Africans and havent heard about it yet.

When the UK pays $59.99 (USD) per pay per view...and 300,000 bars or households can do this...
Also as long as 10-12,00 people are buying tickets at your prices it will continue, supply and demand,
Vegas and Canada PPV prices are $85-$750 (53 - 468 pounds)
Ufc 100 and 148 in Vegas were $125-$1200 (78 - 750 pounds)
Ufc 135 Jones/Jackson (Denver) and 136 Edgar/Maynard (Houston) were $50 - $400 (32 - 250 pounds)
Fox and Fx prices are $50-$300 (32 - 187 pounds)
There is a great article by Luke Thomas of Mmafighting.com discussing the future of the Ufc and Fuel/FX cards being primarily done overseas as hosting these cards in North America often draw only 3500-7000 people, where Sweden, Macau, Japan, and the Uk can draw 10-12000 people..
