Gus doesn't 'Condit' people he does the 'Cruz' on them except he's a naturally bigger guy so he has enough power to drop them and put them out of their misery, where people just have to endure 25 minutes of embarrasment against the King.

Don't know if he can beat Jones but I think he puts on a show against Shogun.

Well there has to be some give and take. You can't be several inches taller than someone and also be thicker if you weigh the same, or at least close to the same.

And just because someone is leaner doesn't mean they are n ot stronger. If you have really long arms you also have really long muscles. They may not look as bulky, like in the first pic with Thiago, but I guarantee you that all things being equal the guy with the longer arms is stronger.

And imo, Gus has looked good up until this point. But if he engages in a stand up 'war' like he's claiming then he's walking right into Shogun's best case scenario for this fight: a sloppy bar brawl like Shogun/Hendo or Shogun/Vera.

Condit's gameplan was to reset in the center of the cage and keep his back off the cage which is where Nick busts people up.

Cruz is all over the place, uses more angles, uses better footwork, and mixes in takedowns, mind you. He also has a knack for making people look helpless, but who could blame them.
