I really doubt either of them use any peds, but it still sets a good example.

The real problem I have with this one instance of him doing it is that he literally f-ed Mitrione. I'm not saying Mitrione is hiding anything, or is afraid of anything, but after hearing the annoyances Rory has gone through I can see why other fighters might not want to participate until it is mandatory.
If Nelson called up Mitrione, or went through their management and asked, etc, it would be fine. But to blast the dude on Twitter and say you are already sending the info over, messed up.

Ya it wasn't exactly the kosher route of doing things, but really what he is asking isn't that bad. I don't really feel like the possibility of being randomly woken up for testing is really that awful. That was what Rory was whining about wasn't it?

This is the ONLY way of doing it. There's no point in asking your opponent if he's okay with it. This way Mitrione has to say yes and we can all be sure that neither of them was on the juice in preparation of the fight.
