Palhares Broke Foot In Lombard Fight

Don't kick Hector Lombard! Two fights in a row, Lombard's opponents have broken a foot on his legs. Tank. More due to them both having poor technique, but still.

...it's always a good idea to kick someones shinbone with your rather fragile instep bones...

Waiting for the first one to call it "another Brazilian BS excuse".

I get really annoyed when I think people are making excuses but things like this that are directly resulting from what happens in the fight don't really count as excuses in my eyes.

It's not an excuse if it happened during the fight.

I don't think of it as an excuse either. Just an unfortunate happening during the fight.

I knew it, I remember during the fight Paul Harris threw a nasty leg kick but it looked like it landed wrong on Hector leg (looked like it hit his knee) and I could see the split sec wince given by Palhares.

Either way, Hector was probably the worse match up for Palhares, crazy TDD, good sub defense, and explosive standup.

Honestly lack of technique isn't the issue, bones in your feet can break very easily andit only takes about 5cms of error to do it.
