Love me some analyzations and love me some Cruz!!

Fascinating. Always wondered what the method was behind all that movement. Wouldn't work for too many fighters because you would need very big gas tank. Skipping around like that for five minutes shadow boxing would be tiring.

I had a chance to watch it before it got deleted. Very interesting stuff.

I find it amazing how he's able to combine his awkward/awesome footwork with kicks and punches seemingly on the fly.

Good stuff. Love watching his unorthodox style.
