Clearly something was wrong with his knee but a torn ACL? No, GSP and Cruz tore their ACL's and they were/have been out for a long time. Whoever put this video out is just trying to make it seem like Cain was in as poor health as possible.
Yea, a ridiculous video and description. He obviously hurt it a bit, but lol @ torn ACL. The only fighter that I know who has won a fight with a torn ACL is Ben Rothwell. How ever, he tore the ACL during his fight against Yvel. I can't believe he actually won the fight after tearing it, that's a true warrior right there. Rothwell one of the toughest mofos out there.

Torn ACL - is that the same injury that sidelines fighters for like a year and requires surgery?

Yeah, same thing that happened to GSP/Cruz.

I guess you could tough it out if the adrenaline is going but Cote tore his and he went down against Silva, there's no way Cain tore it during training and fought with it though.

Junior hurt his knee and he had to have surgery after the fight, never heard anything about Cain's knee though.

...Who knows. One thing is certain- we all wanna see a rematch. I'm dying to see if Cain can get Junior on his back and brutally chop away without let up like he did to Bigfoot or get a submission. That's the only way I see Cain beating a champion who is at the peak of his game on a defending streak and flat-out has the most dangerous hands in the UFC HW Division. I don't doubt Cain's heart. I would hope this could be the start of a trilogy because these 2 fighters are gonna be around for quite a while whoopin' some tail...

I am really not all that excited about it. I would rather see him against Overeem personally. I know that wasn't possible, but I would have bought that fight. I don't think I will this one.

He got stopped with a punch to the head, not because his knee was hurt. He'd be better off saying he had a cracked skull and it took away his ability to withstand Junior's punch.
