Ok we'll let Velasquez punch you in the face ten times, then when you grab the fence we'll see how quick you are to tell the ref you want a point deducted.
It's against the rules but really it's as bad as the judging, who's enforcing it?

the fence grabbing was ultimately inconsequential, a point taken from JDS wouldn't have mattered anyway. It can be used as a smart tactical move (Anderson V Sonnen) when you don't care about points and only out to finish.

Yeah ok good argument let velasquez punch you derp derp, it's against the rules and that's all that matters, in fact why have rules if we are going off by your logic everytime a wrestler tries to take someone down we should just let them hand onto the fence.
@el bresko I agree that is a good tactical move if you want to win but the point is if against the rules it is cheating.

I was really surprised to see the headkick in the armbar (shit I just remembered the armbar, how crazy would that have been?) and the fence grapping, but at the same time the dude was on dream street for a whole fight and has no chance of winning. He probably doesnt even remember doing it.
