Struve was getting mutilated and nearly finished in the 1st round, was cut wide open. Round 2 starts, Struve takes his back, sinks the choke, boom, it is all over.

vs Morecraft
Struve was getting brutalized and nearly finished in the 1st round, couldn't do a damn thing, Morecraft was putting a gnp clinic on this kid. Round 2, boom, Struve knocks him out, dirty style.

vs Barry
Struve was getting schooled in the stand up and looked clueless. Round 2, Struve drags him to the ground, locks in a submission and fight is over.

vs Herman
Struve was struggling with Herman and was getting tagged over and over again. Round 2 starts, Struve secures the W via TKO victory.

vs Miocic
Struve was getting tagged over and over. He looked super weird and uncoordinated, Miocic was making it look easy. Round 2 starts, Struve goes insane, oh lawd and TKOs the the up and comer.

Hunt better hope he can finish Struve in the 1st, because if the 2nd starts, he should just throw in the towel and spare himself some years of his life.

Interesting, but it's more a coincidence IMO. JDS and Nelson would still beat him past the 1st round IMO. But you make a good point.

Struve is 9-3 in the UFC, with all his losses being highlight reel material for his opponents. I wish he fought more intelligently and used his height and reach more effectively. This is a guy who is 7 ft talk with an 85" reach, he's 24 years old...he could be the Jon Jones of the HW division. I'll give him another year, and then I pray he starts roiding or gets on some TRT if he hasn't developed himself into a more dominant figure in the sport cuz he has everything going for him.
