I seem to remember a couple of years ago the UFC introduced a policy that prevented sponsors having their logos in the Octagon unless they were a "preferred" sponsor - and to become preferred the advertiser need to buy a UFC advertizing license for $100,000+ a year
So it appears that Quintin signs with a global label that isn't approved to advertize in the Octagon - and then (surprise, surprise) he bitches about it.
I wish he's piss off back to Japan where no doubt he will become rich advertising hemorrhoid cream or something similar.
