Brown takes this, but its a hell of a fight^^....im surpised so many of you are backing hardy, I hope this means Brown will be an underdog, thats a great bet!

I mean Hardy is really up and down but Matt Brown is nothing more than an average fighter at best. Not that Hardy is elite but I think he should be able to handle Brown.

Brown isn't really that good of a fighter. He is on a decent run here, but it's not like he goes out there and puts away these great fighters.
Hardy may not be an elite fighter, but Brown isn't close to elite either.

I couldn't disagree more. If any of these two is average is Dan Hardy. Matt Brown is above average and better in just about every aspect of MMA. I'll be shocked if Dan can make a fight out of this.

Matt Brown is about as average as average gets. He is a good fighter but he is not great at anything. I'm not saying he can't beat Hardy because he certainly can, but I don't see why it's surprising that people are picking against him.
I mean Brown loses almost as often as he wins. He is just a middle of the pack guy.

I think Hardy is below average at everything except power. Brown is a better wrestler, has better submissions, better technical striker, hand speed is pretty close. He is a smarter fighter, he has more ways to win the fight.
I don't see it, I think Dan is in trouble no matter where the fight goes.

Brown was one of the first mma fighters that really called my attention when i 1st started paying attention to mma, back in 2009. His resilience was/is top notch, i can't really explain his 3 losses in a row back in 2010, but i have this feeling he was experiencing rough times in his head. I have Brown breaking top 5/10, if he can keep his mind in the right spot.
