I'd give him one of these Brazilians like Dos Anjos, Trinaldo, Tibau, Tavares, or Barboza who are all roughly at the same level. Miller should be fighting contenders, Lauzon should be main eventing and Healy isn't a main eventer or a contender yet...

Dos Anjos, Tibau, Barboza and Tibau are already in scheduled fights. Plus all those guys are atlest on Lauzon's level. Most of them above.

I'd like to see him fight a guy he can't take down, lets see what he is all about. Give him El Cucay or Ross Pearson.

I think Lauzon subs him all day. But people call out Lauzon basically because they want a part of the FOTN bonus if they can stay out of subs for 3 rounds. It is a lame tactic.

He doesn't deserve Miller.

Maybe skill wise but not card level or rankings, Lauzon is main event/co main event after this year. Also none of them have the Guillard/Varner quality wins yet.

How is Lauzon main event material?

He's exciting, but he's not a top ten guy at all.

How is RDA and Tibau not ranked over Joe? They both certianly should be. Better fighters. Lately they have been winning more.

Tibau isn't very good, imo. Uses size as versus skill to win.

Joe comes to fight and can beat you anywhere. Tibau comes to hold you against the cage and win on strength.

Tibau is a giant though. He would probably beat Joe because he is a better grappler in every way.

Give him Mac Danzig, Evan Dunham, Mark Bocek, or Myles Jury

The guy is coming off two FOTY contenders, he's not going back to the prelims or "opening" a card for a while.

For Dos Anjos, Bocek and Njokuani are respectable wins but Varner and Guillard are much higher up in profile and rankings. Also Dos Anjos lost to Tibau who has lost every time he's taken a step up in competition (Khabib, Miller, Guillard, Stevenson, Griffin).

Lauzon may not be "winning more" than those guys but his losses are to top ten/five guys. Dos Anjos is still a year off from making the top ten in the division, Lauzon is arguably already there.
