Poor Hieron. That's the story of his MMA career. Good to recoup from the Yves bet. TW looks like Rashad.

Now to the Maia fight.

MagiK you picked Hieron. I would have constulted with ya to pick Woodley. I remember him back when he fought GSP. He simply has bad defense and a brittle chin. Don't worry the night is still young.

"I have no legs." haha...

Actually he resembles a younger over bulked Yves, as well.
Yves + Rashad = TW

I dunno how he cuts to 170lbs. That's some serious power. First you get the money. Then you get the power. Then you get the woman!

LoL is Jay Hieron the best fighter to have fought in the UFC but never win? I feel kind of bad for him. Great performance from Woodley!

Glad that Green got the win against Volkmann. Terrible stand up from Winslow, but fortunately that didn't cost Green the win. Volkmann seemed content to just ride the fight out on Green's back and work for a failing rear naked choke. I'm happy that Green showed him how to have a proper offense on the ground.

Can see this fight going either way...

Split decision victory for....I don't know!

Edit: Anyone wants to predict how many times the commentators say

"Fighters need to take weight cutting lessons from Tibau"
"He is HUGEEEE"
"Tibau has mastered the art of weight cutting"

It's good to see Tibau being more aggressive in this fight. To me, it seemed like he was the superior fighter against Khabib, and he only lost due to his lack of aggression. I think he might know that too. Hopefully his conditioning holds up though.

Moderation should be the key for Tibau. His lack of aggression can cost him, but his frame and weight cut don't allow him to over do it either.

On a positive note for Tibau. Despite obviously being exhausted, his take down defense is still excellent.
