This is disappointing to see with these guys being so talented. Especially in Rashads case. If Rashad wants to stay relevant, he needs to swollow his pride, go back to Greg Jacksons, and drop to 185 lbs.

Rashad's problem is that he forgets at the worst possible times that he's a pretty good wrestler. Guy absolutely schools Davis with his wrestling, but decides to stand and dance with Lil Nog. It's baffling.

They get so beat up in the gym, by the time they fight there isn't much left of them?  |

I guess those Jon Jones elbows to his head did a bit more brain damage than I thought.
Can't say I'm too surprised though, Rashad isn't exactly known for brilliant gameplans when the chips are down. |

They need to do some serious housekeeping, between fighters missing weight (Anthony Johnson, Melvin Guillard), fighters getting caught with banned substances (Thiago Silva, Overeem, possibly Vitor..) and some generally bad performances from fighters who are supposed to be top ranked... I don't know if it's that they need better coaching staff... (Van Arsdale left, now it's Mario Sperry) or if it's ego.. They aren't building a very good track record for such a new gym.
Did anyone else think Rashad's cardio looked awful tonight?
