So what should be done with HW?
What should be done with the HW title picture? Overeem losing sort of threw a wrench in plans. Considering Cormier is focused on Jones, I don't think he'd fight Cain (and he's fighting Mir in a few months anyway). JDS/Cain 3 would be way way too soon.
I would do an all-heavyweight PPV and have Cain defend against the Hunt/Struve winner. Then I would do JDS/Overeem to validate having Hunt/Struve get a title shot. But I see this as the best option. Thoughts?

Hunt and Struve are entertaining as hell, but not quite contender worthy yet.
I think Barnett is the dark horse. He would pose the biggest challenge to Cain next to JDS as long as DC is focusing on LHW. HW is becoming quite a cluster. Everybody is beating each other.

I think set up Cain vs Bigfoot (after that match he should get his rematch). Also set up Overeem vs JDS and if JDS wins, he should become number one contender. If he loses, I think Mir can possibly get it after Bigfoot if he beats Cormier somehow and if he loses, then you might want to entertain Struve or Hunt.

Yeah if Werdum can get past Big Nog then this is the best matchup.
Barnett V Bigfoot
Carwin V winner of Hunt/Struve
Overeem V JDS

I don't like Overeem vs. JDS though. As someone else said yesterday that means one of the two most interesting contenders in the division has to lose - again. Two losses in a row would not be good for either guy or us as fans :/
But yeah, HW is a mess ATM after Overeem got reemed

They should bump Werdum from TUF and give him a shot at Cain. I don't even think they've started filming yet.

So instead of seeing a dream fight where one would lose, you'd rather see them each fight mediocre talent just to avoid a 2-fight losing streak for one of them?
When there are big fights, you make them ASAP.

I wouldn't have a problem with that. Too bad Nog and Bigfoot won't fight or you could sub in Bigfoot on the show with Nog.

How can you forget about Werdum? He is the only logical matchup. I guess they could do Struve/Hunt winner. But that isn't that great.
Werdum/Cain would be great. But Nog is winning that one.
