Chris Weidman vs Uriah Hall (Video)

Since seeing Uriah Hall's wicked KO on TUF 17 I came across this video of Uriah fighting Chris Weidman.
Who knows maybe one day they will fight again. Enjoy

I'm not sure where to post it so please move it if necessary. Thanks

I saw Weidman won by TKO but I didn't think it would be from a punch standing. Figured it would be from relentless GnP. Bad angle but it looked like a terrible stoppage.

EDIT: When I say terrible stoppage, I mean it was too late.

Wow..He dropped him with a crazy right hand. Weidman might not be the most technical striker, but he sure does have power.

No that was a good stoppage look at his legs he was curled up, they stop fights when that happens. He may not have been "out" but he wasn't fighting back.

Hall has awful defense. Really overrated in general.

It was his fifth fight against a top NCAA Div 1 wrestler. His three third round KO's/finishes leads me to believe that he's got really good defense.

At least in this fight, he had his hands low all the time. The moment he got dropped, he had his left at around waist height and his right at his chest. And that even after being clipped a couple of times before. That's not really a good striking defense.

He hand his hands low because I assume he was expecting the shot. The guy went three rounds with Constantinos Philippou without getting KO'd, I would guess he got better.

He does seem to leave his hands down an awful lot.

Someone needs to snap him out of that habit.
