I think Anderson probably still can beat GSP at WW.

AS as a WW at 38, when he's been fighting one and two weight classess higher for years and years, is drifting so far into the land of conjecture, that speculating on the possible outcome is completely pointless.

I will say that he would have one HELL of a cut to make weight, and again, at 38, it's difficult for me to imagine that not having a deleterious effect.

Why would a Middleweight champion who occasionally jumps up to light-heavyweight just to humiliate the division give a flying fart about a welterweight champion who can't finish opponents?

I admit there is money to be made there but I think Jones vs Silva is the bigger money-maker. Anderson at 170 is a diminished version of himself. Anderson is amazing at 185 but a true terror at 205.

by the numbers, GSP brings more money to the table than JBJ.

I'm just baffled by some people saying they are not interested in seeing this fight, does that mean that you those people might not buy the event ?

I'm not interested in this event. It holds up two belts and we all know GSP's heart isn't in this fight.

If GSP defeats Nick Diaz I think it's time for this fight to happen. Don't end up like boxing and give fans false hops of pacman vs mayweather. Both fighters have cemented themselves as legends and have nothing to prove. It would also be the best selling MMA fight of all time.

Sleepers:

Brad Tavares
Dennis Siver
Edson Barboza
Maiquel Falcao

GSP vs. Silva has more $$$ to be made right now, and that's coming from probably the biggest Bones fan on here. Bones is a draw but not near the level of GSP. Right now, GSP is a legitimate notch above all other current fighters in terms of drawing power.

People online think Bones vs. Silva is the better fight (it probably would be), but GSP vs. Silva would draw the best for sure. I'm just tired of all these what-if scenarios because it looks like nothing is ever going to happen.
