People are willing to acknowledge and call out Zuffa for actions and decisions they deem bad for business (which itself is another topic). All you need do is look to fan reaction over Sonnen vs. Jones, or the Jon Fitch release. But you're trying to make a big stink out of what is hardly a shocking cut, and no one is going to buy into the hate mongering.
There are far more inferior fighters still on the roster. Bart is a very good fighter, I don't why you imply that no one thinks he is. That's crazy, you can't name 15 fighters in that division that are better currently with Zuffa.
You can't keep cutting guys that are arguably top 10 fighters.

Sad that this is accepted without any issue. I'm sure if he was British you ****ers would be singing a different tune. Makes me sick.

I think it's insane that Nunes lost to a guy that is now a title contender just after beating a guy that was a title contender and he gets cut. Never lost back to back fights, always fought top level competition. Held his own and doesn't make much $ so that can't be a factor. Seriously makes me sick when I look at people still on roster and I look at cuts like these. Then fans just make it worse by just accepting it as OK when it's really not. My fandom is hurting today. For Zuffa and for this board. My MMA fandom is at an all time high after last night's Bellator tough. You guys can't take that joy from me.

Yes, there are more inferior fighters on the roster, but we also know that UFC plans to cut 100 people by the end of 2013. You have no idea who's going to be kept around and who isn't. You'd be wiser to argue that UFC should begin by cutting its weakest fighters, but even that is debatable. Do you cut a lower ranked fighter making 6000 dollars per fight? Or do you cut a higher ranked fighter making 30,000 per fight but who has lately been under performing?

What some of you fail to realize is that the likes of Fitch and Nunes will probably be back with the company by 2014, but under new and cheaper contracts. It's dirty, but it's also business.

And did you honestly just challenge me to list 15 UFC featherweights better than Bart Palaszewski?

1) Jose Aldo
2) Frankie Edgar
3) Anthony Pettis
4) Antonio Carvalho
5) Ricardo Lamas
6) Hacran Dias
7) Hatsu Hioki
8) Darren Elkins
9) Chad Mendes
10) Korean Zombie
11) Nik Lentz
12) Dustin Poirier
13) Cub Swanson
14) Dennis Siver
15) Rony Jason

This isn't even counting fighters like Bermudez, Brandao, Garza, Guida, and Koch, all of whom would likely beat Bart. Heck, I'd even put my money on guys like Andy Ogle and Max Holloway.

To be fair, he looked terrible against Lentz. He wasn't beaten to a pulp or anything but it looked like he gave up midway through the fight. Whoever decided to cut him probably noticed that as well. Sure he's never lost 2 in a row and is 3-3 with the company, but his lack of heart probably pissed off Dana a bit.

Will make predictions for credits. Please, I'm so broke.

OU,

Did u see the media scrum with Dana from yesterday? If you didnt you should check it out as well as everyone else, was insightful into the Fitch cut.. Points can be argued either way for guys like Fitch, Nunes, or anyone for that matter..

Bottom line is 100 more fighters will likely be cut in the coming months, many off a single loss...

Dana made it pretty clear and always does with his dont leave it to judges speech... Go out there impress us, don't stall, lay around.. Always fight like its your last fight...

Nunes just lost to Lentz (not like losing to a Florian or Aldo) you are winning and losing but falling down the rankings at the same time... One step forward, two back

Looks like they need to find a new welcoming party for the lightweights that are dropping down now.
