I don't think she'll ever do Brock numbers. I highly doubt she'll even be a draw.
That said, I think White is referring more so to press than to PPV buys.

I'll go out on a limb and say she'll do brock numbers
if not her carmouche's support in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transexual community will put her over the top

It's two fold.
#1.) This is like Hillary winning the presidency...ok not at that level by a margin, but you know what I mean. It's a score for females in a male dominated sport.
2.) Somebody mentioned Liz. As uncomfortable as a subject it may be for some people that is a demographic nonetheless.
That's why having a reputable publication like TIME magazine and HBO take wind of the story is a big deal. So yah the amount of attention isn't indicative to the PPVS, but it shows it's gaining traction in the MMA sporting world.
Brock was an anomaly although I never considered him a true MMA fighter. He did bring a ton of followers into the sport. I was damn curious to see how'd he do.
Plus anybody who's on Conan O'brien's show knows they made it. "IN THE YEAR 2000."

This card wont touch Brock numbers, I am shocked people are trying to compare the two. I think it will do around 400K since Hendo/Machida is supporting it and many people have never seen a womens fight before.

Hold on a minute. Dana didn't say anything about PPV and money. He said shes the most covered fighter. HBO and Time picked her up and that's never happened before. Is that a lie?

I was watching ESPN today after work and I never hear them mention UFC, they were talking about UFC 157 and had both the girls on there talking, this was more then one show too. Seems legit to me.
