I didn't mind this one, but I think you can guarantee that each new year from now on will most likely throw up a few ppv cards that people will argue is the worst ppv ever. Its just a result of the cards being watered down in terms of big name fighters and fight quality, due to the increase of divisions and fighters, plus quality fights that headline the FOX cards that would've been added into ppvs in days gone by.

I see that we base the "Quality" of a pay per view on our opinions of the fighters...Funny I thought it was quality of fights... Either way I was entertained

No I'm saying the entire event sucked.
Hendo vs Machida should have been the main event and 5 rounds from the get go.

Any word on Dana? Did he have a heart attack when Liz got the rear?

Gotta agree here... Frustrating to see Machida play it so safe and the rest of the fights weren't as cool as I thought they'd be.

You guys missed some of the prelims.
Grice vs Bermudez
Fodor vs Stout
Mcgee vs Neer was action paced.
Then Lawlor TKOing Kos.
Only fight that wasn't up to par was Lavar Johnson vs Schaub.
I thought it was a decent card. I think people want flashy submissions and KOs every card. It's not always possible when the fights are competitive.
As for Lyoto vs Hendo...that's vintage Machida.

Thing is I don't mind if Machida plays it safe, that is his game. There is a difference in fighting safe while still fighting. And backpeddling all night and not throwing unless your opponent does. No punch would have been thrown if Hendo didn't come forward. Machida throws goofy kicks from the outside. He won the fight no doubt, using the Guida game plan just about. I didn't care for Guida's performance just like I don't care for Machida's. Machida won though, he is better at not getting hit than Guida is.

What did you see for three rounds that you wanted two more rounds of?
