No, he was just fighting a guy who can KO him. So he fought scared....or "elusive" as his fans say. Same plan that cost him the Rampage fight. He was scared there too. He almost gave this away on teh cards, because judges don't respect that style. Old school means Machida wants to win on the score cards and not get hit. I wouldn't be thrilled with "old school Machida" you do that often and you will get burnt by the judges.
