Using Dana logic, the next shot will go to Bisping.

I think Gustaffson deserves a shot, i think this early in his career can actually be a benefit as he will not be as conservative in taking risks. Do i think the Swede takes it mmmm quite possibly no but it will give him a good idea of where he stands regards ability. Gustaffson has plenty of time to get better.

TEAM GROTTY 2013

But in all seriousness, LHW is the worst division out there right now aside from Flyweight. The only fighter that comes close to being a legitimate contender right now is Gustaffson. And he'll get humiliated if he ever fights Jones.
If that's the case destroy LHW, Middleweight, and welterweight, because Jones, Silva, and GSP in their respective classes destroy all chalengers.

Push Jones up to heavyweight then the LHW division would get interesting again.

Jones would get manhandled by at least a half dozen HWs and that's being generous. He wants no part of HW I would think until he packs on 20lbs of muscle.

Well that gives me 2 reasons to be happy

Seriously though aren't Jones' brothers linemen in the NFL? Surely he can bulk up easily enough.

Gustafsson

Not because of any 'deserves', but rather because I want to see Jones solve a new problem.

Rashad knew is game inside and out.
Machida is an elusive super-striker.
Shogun is as talented as they come. Among humans.

None of them could do anything with this guy.

We laud Vitor Belfort just for being able to threaten him.

Except for Rashad, all these guys got finished. And Rashad looked like shit his last fight.

At least Gustafsson is something different.

If he's Able, he should move up and fight Cain
