Really did you watch that fight? Laying on someone mean while getting beat the f**k up in the process doesn't mean you won the fight..

It means you are a point manipulator, and typically thus a coward trying to win a fight you know you ought to lose...

Top position is not a dominant position if you are getting your ass beat.. GSP understands this why can't you? Srs.. The safest fighter at WW "KNOWS" he has to do more damage on top but somehow supposed hardcore fans think hugging their pillow earns them a win...

Head-butting fists and KOing the air is not effective striking.

Guida took absolutely no damage in that fight, so I'm really not sure what fight you were watching. And yes, Guida did win....easily.

Newest update on the situation. It's for the belt, and Aldo gets a little bonus with a win.

Aldo was definitely not afraid. He was just taking a stand against a more and more common occurence that we've all complained about.

To me Aldo is a stronger, harder hitting Pettis with way better head movement, knees, and low kicks. Inthink the speed difference in the first three rounds will almost be comical.

When Pettis loses he better have to start over at the bottom of 155lbs.

If he gets to just walk back to 155 and fight the winner of Aldo/Henderson can you imagine how pissed people be? That would be a joke.

Aldo takes a stand against dropping down and getting an automatic title shot, but jumps at the chance to move up and get an automatic title shot. Good on him for sticking to his guns.

Let's not sit here and give him more credit than he deserves. He sold out big time. That said, I was never crying the blues about any of this and was excited for Pettis vs. Aldo once it was announced as a possibility. Glad it's happening.
