hmm.. interesting how u said he has very heavy hands. Seeing as this is serras first career knockout. And has not shown any kind of great striking game in the past. IMO the whole gsp fight, just shows that anybody has a punchers chance.

I'll definitely continue to support my man Matt Serra. I've supported my favorites lately, and they've come though. I like Matt Serra, and I actually think Hughes is a better fight for him than GSP was. It'll be interesting.

Damn with me it is the complete opposite! Everyone I root for loses! I found that out quick during the Hughes/Penn 2 fight!

That sucks. All I can say is keep backing them. They'll come through.

As much as I hate Matt hughes I would much rather see him champ again than Serra. I just dont see Serra betting Hughes he is just too strong for him and will pound him out

Real fans wouldn't be so ignorant to the unpredicability of the sport. Sorry your hero didn't come through for you. It'll be okay.

i dont see how serra can win this
he has good hands, thats good.but hughes will not stand with him and i doubt that serra can defend the takedowns.
it will probably go to a decision becouse serra is very good on the ground and i doubt hughes will be able to pound on him and finish him

I see Serra winning as well, especially if Matt Hughes tries striking with him. Definitely impressed with Matt Serra's improvement, I don't see Hughes getting his title back.

If serra believes and comes in as relaxed as he did against GSP, he's a great chance, If Matt H comes in a bit nervous as i think he will, i think he'll lose.

Hughes can sit in the stands with his shit eating grin all he wants, but he beat a gassed BJ and lost to GSP. He did not exactly have a stellar performance in his last fight either. Serra is a real contender and current champ. It will be an interesting match up.
