Here's a video of Nick Diaz punching a speed bag for 23 minutes straight! Just another example of his cardio...

Ok. That's not that hard at all for an average puncher, so I am sure Nick could stay there the whole day, if he wanted. He probably stopped at 23 minutes for lack of memory in the camera card or he got bored.

somebody in the background probably broke out a baggy.

Seriously though while Diaz's cardio has always been really impressive I will be interested to see how it holds out when he is forced to carry the weigh of GSP, it will be a very different kind of fight for him.

that was after a 5 mile bike ride, a few rounds of sparring, and mitt work.

I think he got distracted by a story teller who said

Quote:
One day, after Moses had grown up, he went out to where his own people were and watched them at their hard labor. He saw an Egyptian beating a Hebrew, one of his own people. 12 Looking this way and that and seeing no one, he killed the Egyptian and hid him in the sand.

all wrong

he should be flat on his back hitting a speed bag above his solar plexus

that's the position he'll spend the most time in when he fights. good to be as realistic as possible

That's really something funny. It is no secret I am not a fan of Nick Diaz personality and I have criticized his stupid acts and statements quite often around here, but when I post something positve about him, taking my hat off for his endurance, ThenYouWokeUp neg reps me with this inspiring phrase:

If fairness wouldn't be my personal commitment, I probably should be back to only say bad things about Nick after that one.
Way to go, ThenYouWokeUp. Next time answer my PM, at least.
