What do all of those people have in common?

They all took Silva down. Not a myth.
They took him down and then nearly had their eyeballs running down Silva's forearm...I don't think Andy minds being taken down because he is scary good off his back.

GSP stands no chance it would be an absolute thrashing.

Anderson Vs Jones is the only real Superfight.
Big fan of Andy's but he'd get hurt badly by Jones. Part of the reason Andy survives so well on his back is because he can defend GNP with his long arms, but Jones is freakishly long and those wicked punches and elbows would find their mark.
Jones by TKO in 2nd.

I'd put my $ on Silva, but I could also see GSP taking Andy down, playing ground control, avoiding subs and getting a decision. Crazier things have happened.

Jones by TKO in 2nd.
That isn't the only reason he defends well. For focks sake he has a 78 inch reach....it isn't absurd. He defends well because he has long arms? He has 2 inches on GSP. He would still tie Bones up pretty good.

If Jones couldn't finish Vitor until 4, I doubt he beats ANderson in 2.

Fair enough. I usually save the 'silly stuff' for Anderson Silva discussions. There's really nothing I can say against the man, so I like to joke here and there. I still maintain that his biggest threat was Chael Sonnen, and Anderson did his thing - twice. To me, saying that _____ will beat Anderson is akin to saying ______ will beat GSP. The words have lost all meaning. Do I think that Weidman might pose certain problems? I do. Do I think that Chris will defeat Silva? I'd not bet my money against Silva ever again.

Silva has my respect. I love watching him fight. But it's still fun to mess with his diehard fans.

Anderson is the most prolific striker in mma. After Griffin, Belfort and Bonnar there is a chance Silva walks thru anyone lol.
