.) I think he wants to win elegantly when dirty wins fights
.) Look at him in an interview and then look at him right before the fight starts. His face looks flush/fat. He's dealing with some very draining emotions. In the cage he almost looks like a different person.
.) He needs to embrace his physiology. There are fights where he could be the physically imposing figure but won't do it.
.) He is so tense that everything he does feels forced. The lack of fluidity costs him fights. He needs to follow Bruce Lee's philosophy on being like water. He looks like he's fighting in waist deep water and that's not the flow/crash he needs.
.) Frank is one of those fighters who in my opinion loses a first matchup reliably but in rematches would win 3-of-5 or 7-of-10 if he could just get comfortable.
.) He needs to fight his fight and not try to find a way to get a win out of losing their fight. I think in his game planning he focuses on their strengths and finds a way to compensate. He needs to go out there and enforce his will.
.) No one wants to go to the ground with him. Strike with impunity.
