Diego Sanchez at 185 again

Did anyone else notice Diego was a lot stronger at 185 relative to his opponents? Maybe it was just versus poor 155 lb Ken Flo , I don't know, but at 170 the "nightmare" just looks tiny, I wonder if he would be better a bit heavier?

170lb is a good place for him. would be a little small at 185 vs guys like rich and anderson. think is in the right place just needs to get his head on right and worry about winning fights not yappin like a highschool girl like he did with kos. don't doubt for a sec that got himself all fired up with trash talking he was unable to perform in ring. this is UFC not WWE, you go you fight you go home, no reason for all the side drama.

Good point, but I just saw KOS looking much bigger and stronger, he probably cut more weight. But I was also thinking about natural weight, and how if you fall below it your physical strength can go off a cliff. For me just with weight training, I find only an extra 5 pounds of body mass to get me to my natural weight can equal huge 10 or 20% gains in strength versus when I'm a little too hungry, and a little too light. Then once you're at that natural weight, yet another 5 or 10 pounds on top of that does not do much at all for one's strength. So I was thinking Diego's natural weight point might be a bit above 170, while KOS is a powerhouse at 170 or Sherk is at 155.
