Wow, Nate just fought for the title not to long ago and is only making $15k? I know it's been discussed before but the pay scale in the UFC is seriously horrible. AND this was a fox card.

The one I found shocking was Thompson. Good for you Josh though the guy was highly underrated but can't believe he is pulling that kind of coin
Plus he has a bonus so the actual payouts were

Frank Mir 200k
Benson Henderson 200k
Gilbert Melendez 175k
Josh Thompson 145k
Daniel Cormier 126k
Matt Brown 110k
Yoel Romero 70k
Jordan Mein 66k
Joseph Benevidez 66k
Jorge Masvidel 60k

Interesting to point out of the top ten payouts, 6 were Strikeforce guys, two were WEC guys, one's an TUF alum and the highest paid guy is a UFC guy but also likely to get cut this year because he keeps having terrible fights.

If more of the better fighters would get get the same management group, a group who knows how to actually deal, pay would go up. So many of these pros from the local circuit are managed by their dads, their friends, their gym coach, etc.
