His record shouldn't even count if that is it. If I am looking at that right, his opponents combined record is 54-216... It looks like he beat up a bunch of dudes coming in off of the street.

James Toney is certainly the most accomplished with multiple world titles and defenses. While not technically UFC, but Ray Mercer KO'ing a morbidly obese Tim Sylvia had won olympic gold, and owned world titles in boxing.
