Gray should take this comfortably. Grant has improved a lot, but Gray is easily a top 5 lightweight. That's a huge step up in competition for Grant. No one has said it in this thread, but I don't like when people say Gray is overrated. Some people consider Frankie Edgar the "uncrowned lightweight champion", but Gray has consistently beat the crap out of him while he's fresh, and they are 1-1-1 against each other overall. Gray Maynard with a gas tank is a threat to everyone in the lightweight division. I think people let his split decision win against Guida cloud their opinions a little, but it's hard to look good against someone who runs away for 25 minutes. Especially when they are a little faster than you.
Anyways, I expect this to be a good fight. I like Grant and he has improved so much, but this is a tall order for him. If he did win though, that would speak volumes in my opinion.
