Whats next for Stun Gun

Who do you guys see facing Stun Gun next? It sucks because a lot of the bigger named guys are tied up, and I think they should give him a top ten guy. I kind of get the feeling that he might face the winner of Shields/Woodley or possibly could face the winner of condit/Kampann 2

I like watching me some judokas fight, so hopefully he fights someone soon. I'd rather see him fight the winner of Shields/Woodley because that would be a more winnable fight for him in my opinion. His fight against Condit was sort of eye opening, but I assume he has bettered himself a lot from it. I don't want to see him take another crack at Condit quite yet, but if he fought Kampmann, that would be interesting. I could see him potentially taking that fight. I'm not saying I would or wouldn't pick him, but it would be winnable.

I could see him beating Shields and Woodley. People shouldn't let Woodley's fight against Hieron cloud their judgment too much. He's not known to be some quick knock out artist usually, and Hieron only seems to ever do well outside of the UFC. Tyron still needs a lot of work done despite that quick knock out win.

Shields on the other hand hasn't looked good in a while. He also struggled against another judoka in Akiyama, and some people scored that one for Akiyama. It would definitely be a winnable fight for Stun Gun in my opinion.

Martin Kampmann would be a great fight but I don't see the timing lining up. If I were to pick five guys I would go

1. Rick Story
2. Mike Pierce
3. Josh Koscheck
4. John Hathaway
5. Tarec Saffadiene

I really would like to see him finally get a top ten guy, or a named fighter. Rick Story just lost to Pyle, Pierce is a fight I've wanted forever, but hes tied up. Koscheck is set to fight Maia, maybe if he beats Maia. Hathaway might make the most sense, though hes not top ten it'd be a really fun fight. Tarec would be the best from your list I think because he's got a name, and it gives Stun Gun something if he wins, which I think he could do.

I've always wanted to see Stun Gun Vs Sexyama. But he's coming off of a few losses, Kim would gain very little from that fight.

my top 5 fights I'd like to see would be

1. Maia
2. Shields
3. Kampmann
4. Rory
5. Pierce/Diaz

I would pick all of them barring Shields over DHK.

Give him a up coming fighter its a win win.

The prospect gets experience and a possible big name scalp.

The veteran gets challenged by a hungry fighter in preparation while the ranked guys battle it out in the mean time.

Velasquez will be back
