True. But, Maldonados hands are light years ahead of Baders.

Jacare vs Okami is such a strange fight, both Lombard and Roberts almost beat him. For Jacare it's a huge step up in competition, but he's also shown improvement with his striking. This really should be the main event as neither of these guys could gas and both could finish in the 4th or 5th rounds.

I'm going double Brazlian
Absolutely false, Lombard clearly lost 29-28 and Okami smashed Roberts, Roberts was never ever even close to beating Okami. That's absolutely asinine.

A lot? Fabio hit him one time, the other 99 percent of the fight was Glover beating the poor bastard half to death.

Okami was rocked and dropped by both guys, Roberts in the first, Lombard in the third. If either guy had the endurance or gumption they could have easily overwhelmed him.

Early on, Roberts actually held his own as Okami chose to stand and trade. Roberts repeatedly found a home for his right and left hands, but it didn't take long for "Thunder" to wise up to the situation.

After getting rocked, Okami smartly closed the distance via clinch and that's when he completely took over the fight. After a pair of big takedowns from the clinch, it didn't take long for the Japanese middleweight to pass Roberts guard and eventually attain mount.

Yea not sure about the Okami/Jacre fight. I feel Jacre is the better fighter for sure. Jacre is a much better fighter than Lombard. I was surprised how easily Okami took Lombard down though.

I think Jacre has better striking, better BJJ of course, and the better athlete. Plus it is in Brazil. Okami will have to get TDs and be able to control one of the better BJJ fighters in the world to win.

I don't like Okami's chances.

Robert didn't drop Okami, and that "rock" was barely one, Rogan exaggerated, he says "oh he clipped him, he clipped him. Yushins hurt" but Yushin actually ducks the punch and loses his balance. Go watch the first round again. Roberts was landing on him but it wasn't anything overly worrying like in the Tim fight, and somewhat like the Lombard fight.

I think Bader can beat Tex if he uses his damn wrestling to control the fight. But Bader get murdered if he stands. Yeah he has the power in his hands, but Tex has speed and power, and technique. I'm really excited for this fight. I will be rooting for my guy Bader though.

Okami is going to beat Jacare by neutralizing Jacare every place the fight takes place. Okami Will control Jacare in the clinch or keep him at bay with his boxing.

lol, people still doubting Glover... fight it all you want, but Tex is the real deal. Ryan Bader is not the man to defeat him.

I'm going to be egotistical about this one - these fights are easy to call, and anyone who thinks otherwise clearly hasn't been paying attention. Glover wins. And Okami wins. End of discussion.

What are you talking about? Glover dominated Fabio for nearly the entire first round, then lost respect for Fabio's stand up and it led to him getting caught by a single punch. He was rocked yes, but not nearly as much as Rogan made him out to be. Fabio then was unable to follow up with anything and Glover continued to easily dominate him.

Are you sure you're not thinking about his fight with Rampage? Rampage tagged him quite a few times, but Glover overall had the advantage in the stand up and out classed Rampage everywhere. Rampage is also known for having a lot of power, and Teixeira took what he dished out and gave it back more so. Glover has a proven chin so I'm not worried about it. I'm not saying Bader can't catch him, but I'd say Rampage is a better striker and has more power than Bader, and Teixeira was never in danger against Rampage even though he got tagged on more than one occasion.

People can say Bader and Teixeira's biggest win is against Rampage which is of "equal value", but I would disagree. Bader fought an out of shape injured Rampage and got an ugly win against him. Glover fought an in shape Rampage that had his back against the wall and beat him more impressively. He also managed to drop Rampage with a punch and go on to out class him everywhere. He beat Rampage at his own bread and butter which speaks volumes to me. Even Jones ran away from Rampage. Not Glover, he was ready to take the fight anywhere. I'm not meaning to diss Jones or anything, I actually think he's a bad match up for Glover, I'm just saying how impressive Glover's win was against Rampage even though Rampage may seem to be passed his prime.

Bader can try to turn this into his fight with Rampage, but Glover is a beast everywhere. His wrestling is very solid, his ground and pound is great, and his BJJ is up there as well. Standing, he has a sizable advantage and I don't think that is even debatable. Bader has a puncher's chance in the stand up department at best. Bader is also not known for having a great chin. He got dropped and submitted by Tito Ortiz, I could easily see the same outcome happening when he steps into that octagon with Glover.

Glover should be an easy favorite in this fight. I have to agree with Canadian Psycho. I find this to be an easy fight to call.

Okami should beat Jacare as well, though I hope it's a competitive fight.

Bader's striking isn't anywhere remotely close to Maldanado's.

Yeah Maldanado briefly hurt Glover. So what? Tito dropped and choked out Bader.

Why are people saying that Tex beat an in shape rampage? Rampage was more in shape in the Tex fight but he was gassed after round one still.
