Lol just thought how funny it was that the new champ stood to make less than Tim Boetsch and Denis freakin Siver if they had got their win bonuses.

Weidman knew what he was doing though, there was an article a while back that he only had a couple of fights left on the contract and he refused to renew to a higher one until after he fought and beat Anderson. Now he starts off his reign with a contract giving him what he's actually worth, instead of having to work off a mediocre 5-6 fight contender contract while champ.
