Thanks! Usually i don't feel like correcting grammatical errors, just as long as i get my point across. Maybe if i was getting a grade i would've changed it but maybe I'll start, becuase douche-bags like you do this to me lot.

It has nothing to do with grammar, it's called a contraction and requires an apostrophe. Which if I recall, is basic second grade english.
If getting your point across requires you to look ignorant in the process, by all means continue.

Actually Grammar is all encompassing. And yes, contration is a grammatical term so it is grammar. His mistake is actually not a contraction error. He used the wrong word in the wrong contexted. It wouldn't be a contraction problem unless it was combined with a spelling error such as "you'are" or "you'r". This would be a defined moment with in grammar contraction that would be a case for the use of your arguement.
