I have Directv and zero complaints. I had Comcast/Xfinity many times in several different cities. You get the same stuff to watch for the most part but less features, worse interface and inferior hardware. But the reason I'm done with them is customer service.
I had a comcast box go bad. Call up service, get an afternoon appointment for them to fix it because they wouldn't bring a different box for some BS reason. I take the afternoon off from work because they arrive sometime in a four hour window. No body shows up. I get a call from a technician saying they need to reschedule, 6 days later. So 6 days later, same thing, I take time off of work and get no showed again. I call and they tell me I no-showed the first appointment and didn't make another appointment. I call shenanigans and they basically get two different supervisors to tell me that I am a liar and their people were there. I told them to cancel all my stuff with them right then and there. That was only the last straw, I've had other less annoying problems with them.
I like MMA less because of this forum
