I've never been his fan. He was only entertaining when he was getting his ass kicked. Otherwise he would just move and dance and that was exciting to some people.

I tend to hope anyone who chooses to brush their hair out of their face 200 times in a fight eventually gets KO'd because of their choice to have to deal with that during the fight.

I like MMA less because of this forum

Isn't his hair tied now though?

Fair enough. Alot of people do find his Fights entertaining. The Roger Huerta fight was close and the Sanchez fight was awesome. I agree he was entertaining when he got his ass kicked because hes impossible to knock out!

I don't see how Guida wins this.

Really his only strong points are his chin and cardio. His wrestling is good but not a real threat and he carries practically no power in his hands. He hit Maynard (who doesn't exactly have a good chin) with his hardest shots after Maynard left his hands down and Gray didn't even budge.

I'm predicting Mendes will get a sub in the second or a clear UD.

Speaking of this Henderson better do something about his hair against Pettis. Recently it has distracted him a few times in fights and a guy like Pettis could easily take advantage of that situation.

This fight will likely be terribly boring and frustrating to watch.

I somewhat agree. I think it could be good. But if Mendes starts getting the better of the striking and Guida can't land takedowns, I could see this turning out to be Guida/Maynard II. I hope Mendes wins big though.

I'm still a fan of Guida, but this isn't a good matchup for him. I dislike Mendes, and always cheer against him, but I think he is a better fighter and probably finishes this fight.
