**** no. How many ****ing cans does the UFC have to give this fat slob before he decides to get his act together. I believe you give him Vera, he knows he can't come out of shape and half assed. Its what he needs to motivate him, if not he knows he can put on these shitty outings and still get a W.....either he steps his game back up or send his fat ass packing (ask Ricco).

Tim Sylvia likes to talk a bunch of crap. No way is Frank Mir the Dennis Hallman of Matt Hughes. Frank Mir was dominant as heck the time he defeated Tim Sylvia at UFC 48. He used to end opponents brutally in the first round in 2003-2004 and at this time possibly one of the best heavyweights ever. Dennis Hallman couldn't beat 3 opponents in back to back PPVs like Tank Abbott in a minute, Wes Sims, other people Frank Mir dominated in 2003-2004. Dennis Hallman was brutal in the UFC and got lucky against Hughes. Hughes took him lightly the way he took Sherk and Penn such as not training hard, etc. Hallman got owned by Frank Trigg, not the best welterweight in the UFC I've seen lol. Tim Sylvia is the worst trash talker I've ever seen. "Fedor hasn't faught anyone in his striking ability", "Fedor is tiny ****", "Frank Mir is Dennis Hallman of Matt Hughes", "I'm a hunchback trash talking machine", "Blah, blah". If Frank Mir had a rematch with Sylvia before his accident I bet Mir would win in the first round by submission again definitely. Mir is one of the best UFC heavyweights up there with Rutten, Barnett, Sylvia, Rodriguez, Rizzo, etc.

The Only reason that Mir won the fight over Sylvia is because of that good for nothing punk ref, Herb Dean. He's famous for the "early stopages" as is pretty plain to see. Sylvia was in the process of slamming Mir's head stright into the ground when Herbie saved Mirs ass! Mir was an awesome submissionist, but Sylvia had him beat dead to rights!

So the snapping of Tims arm doesnt play into the fight being stopped or shouldnt have been stopped because of it being snapped?

No, it should not have been stopped at that point. There was no bone pertruding and no blood visible. If the man can continue to fight and is able to defend himself, then he has every right to continue. Herbie is just "Stop" happy.
But, that's just my opinion Another opinion I have it that Herb Dean should be fired from refing, then fired upon with machine guns, and then, and then thrown into a fire. But, again... that's just my opinion

You, sir, are a moron. But that's just my opinion. I do hope someone with authority sees your post about killing a referee. Maybe next time you fight someone and they break your bones, they will continue to inflict damage on you, and when you get knocked out cold, they continue to punch you over and over and over and over again because if not, it would be an early stoppage.

Thats the problem with the "new" generation of "MMA" fans crying about "this rule" and "that rule" I truly miss the NHB days of MMA, no time limits, no weight classes, and pretty much no rules. You either tap, get knocked out, or your corner throws in the towel. Other than that, you fight! If I get my arm broke and I still want to fight, then I will. If Herbie hadn't stopped that fight then it would have ended with Mir getting his head smashed into the ground and being knocked out. This is a tough sport PERIOD There is no room for whinners. WouldLuv2FightU, if you would rather watch a nice little fairey tale match than I suggest you tune into WWF, cause the real deal is too much for you to handle. As far as the moron comment, your responce speaks for it self. I was not implying to actually kill anyone. It was more along the lines of, the guy really really really needs to be fired!
