to lose there belts? it's being a while right, even sylvia didn't tap to lose the belt

I can't even remember the last time a champ was in danger to a sub before Jones v Belfort, Benson v Edgar when he got caught in the guillotine.

Edit: it's probably Matt Hughes v Penn. I think that and Newton v Militech might be the only other times it's even happened.

I could say shogun technically but the TKO was called first, that was sad to see him tap on the floor with no one around him because he wasn;t in shape

BOOM, just looked it up only the second time a champ has tapped to his opponent in the UFC, the only other time ws BJ Penn RNCing Matt Hughes.
