I don't think Pearson was trying to play a game like Rogan said, it looked to me like the knee on his back leg was lifted up from Guillard pulling on him while throwing (Not because Pearson was trying to stand up). Perhaps a bad idea on Guillard's part to throw something that could be so close to being illegal.

That was a stupid ending.

That "game" of putting your hand down in time to avoid knees is BS. Hate that rule.

I don't think he was playing the game. I think he was just trying to wall walk and was picking and putting his hand on the mat.

Just sucks cause he's 30 now and has so many fights under his belt. He doesn't have a lot of time left in MMA to take advantage of that potential that he's always had, but has always been unable to put it all together.

Psalm 30:5 "For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning."

The rule needs to be changed from hand being on the mat is considered a downed opponent to just forearm, elbow, & knee.

Pearson didn't look like he belonged in there with Guillard.

Weird card.

Looked to me like Ross saw the knee coming and tried to hurry and put his hand down instead of defending himself. Dumb idea. Didn't like how he blamed the illegal strike in the post fight either. If he wants to place blame he should look at himself.
