Those aren't the rules, apparently no one knows the rules to this sport, and the ref did a shit job.

It is the same with blows to the back of the head. If a defending fighter moves while the strike is being thrown and causes it to hit the back of the head it isn't a foul. The reason why neither is a foul is the same; the fighter throwing the strike can't be expected to prevent it and then defending fighter wasn't targeted with a strike that was a foul.

An I the only one who thought he was trying to stand and then was thrown off balance and kinda rocked by the first knee causing him to try and stabilize himself by putting a hand down bam second knee. I don't think he was playing any Games I think most are underestimating how hard that knee landed.

How I saw it really. Don't think he was rocked at all though, Pearson was fine straight after and was protesting thinking the fight had been stopped. Off balance yes, rocked, I doubt it, but if he was it was extremely slight.

I hate the rule, and would have liked to have seen the fight continue even if Ross would have taken a few more hard shots in the best case scenario for him.

Too bad for Melvin as he was on track for a good win that would have made it two in a row.

The cut would've halted the fight anyways, Guillard would've got the TKO there.

That cut bullshit made me realize what a joke the wwe er mma is, and it was complete BS.

It wasn't even bleeding and Ross was rocked from the second knee that much I could tell, obviously the first flush shot didn't help much either but he wasn't at his end. He was just hurt by the illegal blows.

Most retarded stoppage ever and thats why they should stay IN the USA. Because when you travel then not only do you have to watch for stupid people we know have jobs in the sport but you have watch for other morons as well WTF Dana?

It doesn't matter whether he was trying to down himself or not. The knee was like an inch or two from striking him when he got his hand down. The strike was thrown before his hand was down so it isn't illegal. The first one was barely legal and I wouldn't blame the ref for getting that one wrong but the second was completely legal.

thought both knees were illegal to be honest... the first one hit when Pearson's hand was down (not easy to make out though); the second one was clearly illegal... don't know why Joe Rogan kept saying the first knee was legal...
