Nice fight I would've just given Davis the first two but the majority of the real judges said all three.

Carmouche's gameplan was beyond terrible she needs to change trainers if they told her to fight like that.

Gotta agree. She fought like she was expect Davis to try and grapple with her. I'm not sure she even threw one combination.

Everytime she tried Davis would buckle her knee. Davis is just a better striker.

Ronda will manhandle her in the clinch and probably get another signature armbar IMO.

She didn't fight to any of her strengths; Davis was able to pick her apart because she spent the whole fight backpedaling. She needed to move forward and pressure Davis with combinations and takedown attempts and pin her against the cage when she could.

You can't cede the range and pace of the fight to the longer and more versatile striker.

Carmouche isn't exactly known for brilliant gameplans. Put it this way, she stayed on the ground for a good 20-30 seconds after Ronda Rousey backed off and gave her the chance to get back up, and that's where she was when Ronda jumped back on her and finished with the armbar.

Davis hit her with the same exact moves all night long, it was pretty sad how she failed to adjust & either stop it or take advantage of the predictable moves.

She was hobbled in the first round. Man I cant tell you how unstable your knee feels after a few well placed kicks to the joint. She was throwing combos when she got injured.

She wanted nothing to do with rolling with davis or the clinch for good reason davis is dangerous from those positions. She was more concerned with avoiding the ground game of davis, underestimated her stand up and paid for it IMO.
