It's pretty conveineint for nuthuggers like you to post this after he destroyed Chuck for the second time and took his belt. Even though this was years ago, you people have to find everything you can to make Quinton out to be the bad guy like he doesn't deserve it. You guys are truly pathetic. Rep me if you want to but this is really sad

How? You are really wondering how he is an idiot?
He is humping a reporter who is trying to interview
him. People are worried about UFC becoming like WWE
because of Dana. It's crap like in that video
is what's going to cause that.
And before you get your panties in a bunch.
Do I hate Rampage.. NO...I have never seen him
fight before his fight with Chuck was announced.
Am I a fan of Chuck....not particularly, but
I was pulling for him, cuz I didn't know Rampage.
Does not know Rampage make me a faux MMA fan,
maybe but I haven't lost any sleep over it.

What's the big deal? What makes him a "nuthugger" (I can only assume that this place is rampant with 13 year olds, since that is the major insult of this forum)?
He said it was old and pretty funny.
I didn't see anything wrong with it.

Oh jesus youre the nuthugger dude. Get over yourself and get off Rampage's balls.
The ****ing thread starter didnt even talk any **** on Rampage, for all you know he's a Rampage fan just showin another example of Rampage being 'funny'.
I didnt like Rampage before or after he knocked out Chuck. I dont think he's funny at all. I think he's obnoxious and his jokes and delivery are washed up and unoriginal (see pro wrestling  ). But no that opinion does not make me "truly pathetic" :sarcastic12:
See, this is a problem that I have with alot of UFC fans [as opposed to MMA fans, not PRIDE fans]. You guys all seem to talk alot of smack when it comes to the pre-fight package, but you don't know that much about the sport in general.
At least you were honest enough to say that you really didn't know who Rampage was. I can respect that.
Rampage thought that the UFC lightheavyweight division was eak compared to his level of competition in PRIDE. He proved that even the Champ (Chuck Liddell) wasn't that tough when he whupped his ass in the Middleweight Grand Prix, and he proved it again when he came to the UFC, Chuck's house, and beat his ass even faster.
Rampage is a personality. It's great for Japanese fans who love their fighters to be more than just fighters. If that's not what you want, Rampage still has power and presence in the ring. You have to respect that.
Rampage won't make that kind of comment again, because the UFC is feeding him, but, let's face it, he was right. He walked through Chuck, and he wasn't even the top guy in PRIDE.
Some of the other PRIDE 185 pounders said the same thing about the UFC, and Anderson came over here, barely a middle of the pack guy in PRIDE, and proved their point for them.
I'm not saying that the UFC sucks. I'm as much a fan as the next guy. What I'm saying is that you shouldn't bash these fighters because they said what they were thinking and then they came over and backed it up.

Haha whatever man I can hate on Rampage all I want, this board hugs his nuts nowadays, so I gotta be the voice of reality and let y'all know he's a tool.

Top of the pack guy in Pride that thought he was gonna walk through the UFC got shut up bad (CroCop) so that **** goes both ways. I think we have yet to see who was really right in that UFC Pride argument.

Well for what it's worth. I think you can go through and
read all of my posts and see that I don't really talk smack about anyone. I did make a post about Rampage getting a lucky punch...with the caveat of saying that didn't mean he wouldn't have won anyway. Also, if you read the posts about the "lucky punch" I did give props to Rampage for winning and agreed with some valid points. I don't have a problem with anyone talking "some" trash. But there can to be too much. I didn't bash him for his fighting ability, I bashed him because of his antics outside the ring/octagon. I think if the UFC and/or MMA are going to be taken seriously as a sport, you can't have someone fighters acting like that.
Also I think you are speaking too generally about all UFC fans, and you shouldn't do that. Are there UFC fans that don't know what they are talking about? Absolutely!
You will find an ass in every group.

I'm a big Rampage fan and thought that clip was funny. I see how it could be used to try to make page look bad but no need to get all worked up like that. :dunno:

Sure, much respect to Gonzaga for the win, but the truth is, it falls right in CroCop's tendancies from when he was fighting in PRIDE. I'm not going to disrespect the UFC heavyweight division, but we'll see how they do when Nog comes over and, eventually, when guys like Fedor, Hunt and Barnett start to make their way over. I doubt that Sylvia's pants will stay clean for that long.
What I'm trying to say is that plenty of former-UFC veterans (even a few former champions) have gone over to PRIDE, and only one has ever held a title (Wanderlei Silva).
Even the first UFC Champion got whupped in PRIDE and had to come home with his head low.
Both organizations have wins and losses. What I'm trying to say is that if it has to go either way, look at how many PRIDE vets are holding hardware vs UFC vets. The # right now is PRIDE 6 - UFC 3, and only 4 of the 9 belts are PRIDE belts.
Haha i was praising myself, reread the post smart one. I called myself the voice of reality then praised the voice of reality, not all too complicated I dont think. I didnt mean to have it fly over your head, all apologies.
Stick's not in my ass bro youre the one that got all pissed at me dissing Rampage.

I get the feeling you're not much a fan of South Park, Family Guy and the like. Life is short, man, enjoy it. Don't take everything so seriously.
Rampage does what he does with a sense of humor. You want to point fingers and blame someone for making the sport seem like less of a sport and more of WWE-style entertainment? Blame Tito, blame Tank Abbott, it's guys like them who've been using such antics for years.
